September was my first month of blogging, a legit newbie, with a dream in my heart and a phone in my hand.

Here’s what I earned. But wait ✋ these comparably good earnings weren’t the result of ten-hour days, seven days a week. No Siree Bob… take a look and I’ll explain
$31.28 was the result of a 500-word article 5 days each week in September, aside from the 12 days I couldn’t post.
How long does it take you to bang out a 750-1000 word piece? On average I spent an hour on the article and an hour each day networking…
Bear in mind this was my first month, my writing was far from up to scratch and my navigation of the site was sloppy!
Here’s the thing, if you can publish a decent article, Monday to Saturday and spend 3–4 hours reading other people’s stories, then making connections with those people… you’re off to the races! Seriously, keep an eye on your earnings each day and wait to be surprised. There is no reason that with 4–5 times the effort I put in, you can’t enjoy 4–5 times the results, then adjust as required!
