About the most capable person I know~~~
My five year old grand daughter was born with Down Syndrome,
but that hasn’t put a damper on her life.
From infancy, she has always seemed to have a smile
on her face and a giggle ready to erupt.
Come close to her,
and she has her arms wrapped
tightly about your neck
and a big kiss planted on your cheek.
She is always exploring,
climbing over any and all obstacles
in her path…
always trying to figure out how things work
which sometimes gets her
into a bit of trouble.
Her latest endeavor
is horse- back riding( under supervision of course).
She sits proudly in the saddle,
as her horse is led around the arena.
With each step her horse takes,
she bounces a bit in the saddle,
causing a big smile to form
and a loud giggle to be heard.
